" Infrastructure and Network Management

• Oversee the design, architecture, procurement, deployment, and maintenance of network and IT infrastructure, including: LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, Data Center, Cloud and On-Premise Systems

• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of: Servers, Network devices, Storage systems, End-user endpoints across all CBSI sites.

• Lead the evaluation, assessment, and recommendation of new technologies, platforms, and architectural solutions that support business scalability, resilience, and continuity.

• Define, implement, and enforce infrastructure standards, configuration baselines, and change management procedures. Network and Cybersecurity Governance

• Manage and govern the organization's cybersecurity posture, including: Perimeter Security, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security, Secure Web Gateways, Vulnerability Management Solutions

• Lead the prevention, mitigation, investigation, and resolution of security incidents and network threats.

• Ensure compliance with internal IT security policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability reviews.

• Develop and execute remediation plans to address identified security risks and weaknesses. SLA and Incident Management

• Act as the operational lead for: Infrastructure-related incidents, Service requests, Change management activities

• Ensure all tickets, incidents, inquiries, and requests are resolved within agreed SLA timelines and priority classifications.

• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Prepare and present: Operational metrics, SLA performance reports, Service health dashboards to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Team Leadership and People Management

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of network and infrastructure engineers and administrators.

• Conduct performance evaluations and establish measurable KPIs for team members.

• Support career development, training, and succession planning initiatives.

• Foster a culture of: Accountability, Continuous learning, Operational excellence

• Manage team capacity planning, support coverage schedules, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement

• Engage and communicate effectively with: SBU Heads, Functional Leaders, IT Governance Bodies regarding infrastructure initiatives, risks, and project status.

• Identify and implement process improvement and technology optimization opportunities that enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.

• Lead or contribute to IT infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timeline, and budget.

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to manage: Contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service delivery performance

Budget and Asset Management

• Assist in the preparation and management of infrastructure operating and capital expenditure budgets.

• Oversee the complete IT asset lifecycle, including: Procurement, Asset tagging, Documentation, Maintenance, Decommissioning

• Ensure asset inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Monitor and optimize: Software licenses, Telecom expenses, Hardware subscriptions, Software subscriptions to maximize cost efficiency and resource utilization.
