Concepcion Industrial Corporation (CIC) announces with profound sadness the passing of Ms. Renna C. Hechanova-Angeles, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Director of the company. Ms. Hechanova-Angeles likewise served as a member of the Executive Committee, and the Corporate Governance, Nominations & Remuneration Committee of the Board.

Affectionately and respectfully known throughout the organization as “RHA”, she was regarded by many as a guiding force within CIC. As the eldest of the third-generation Concepcions, she leaves behind an inspiring legacy of leadership marked by warmth, integrity, and genuine care for people. Throughout her years of dedicated service, she contributed significantly to the company’s growth, governance, and strategic direction, while fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and respect.

Beyond her corporate achievements, which earned her recognition in Tatler Asia’s list of powerful Filipino women, Ms. Hechanova-Angeles also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Child Protection Network, where she actively supported initiatives for the protection and welfare of children.

Her leadership and steadfast commitment to the organization will be deeply missed by the Board of Directors, management, employees, and all those whose lives she touched.
